• Tell us a little bit about what you do as a supervisor? I assist our coordinators with their initial sign-ups, attendant orientations, and with anything else that is needed. I also help with any questions or concerns that arise, and I make sure our office is running efficiently and effectively.
• What’s your favorite thing about being a supervisor at ESC? We all share the same vision – caring for our clients.
• How long have you been a supervisor at ESC? 6 months as a supervisor, but I have been with the company for 3 years prior as a coordinator.
• What do you think makes a great supervisor? Compassion, trust, and integrity. You need all 3 to understand every situation and every person you come across.
• Describe your team in 3 words. My team is a great example of “Compassion, Trust, and Integrity”.
• Tell us a fun fact about you? I am addicted to buying shoes.

• Tell us a little bit about what you do as a supervisor? I supervise staff to make sure we are all providing excellent customer service and compassionate care to our clients.
• What’s your favorite thing about being a supervisor at ESC? My favorite thing is my direct reports, they are the greatest and make managing them so easy and fun to work with.
• How long have you been a supervisor at ESC? Since 2016.
• What do you think makes a great supervisor? Someone who is understanding and a good communicator.
• Describe your team in 3 words. Dedicated, hardworking, and easy going.
• Tell us a fun fact about you? I love to go to concerts.

• Tell us a little bit about what you do as a supervisor? I ensure compliance and look for efficiencies while accounting for the company’s income and expenses so that the information can be used to help the Executive team make important decisions to grow the company.
• What’s your favorite thing about being a supervisor at ESC? My favorite thing is being able to help support the staff so that we all accomplish the same goal, taking care of ESC.
• How long have you been a supervisor at ESC? 3 months.
• What do you think makes a great supervisor? Compassion, listening, and being able to work as a team.
• Describe your team in 3 words. Achievers, free-spirited, and goal oriented.
• Tell us a fun fact about you? I can do the triple taco.

1. Tell us a little bit about what you do as a supervisor? I oversee the daily operations of the Eagle Pass Branch.
2. What’s your favorite thing about being a supervisor at ESC? Getting to interact with both clients and personal care attendants (PCAs).
3. How long have you been a supervisor at ESC? 7 years.
4. What do you think makes a great supervisor? Someone who can lead by example.
5. Describe your team in 3 words. Very outgoing, reliable, and extremely compassionate.
6. Tell us a fun fact about you? I love to attend concerts and travel, BIG on family.

• Tell us a little bit about what you do as a supervisor? As a supervisor, I check in on coordinator workload and tasks for the day, process and conduct initials, EVV maintenance, call clients/attendants to verify services, HR/Staffing, and counsel employees or attendants if needed.
• What’s your favorite thing about being a supervisor at ESC? My favorite part is being a mentor and getting to make suggestions on course of action and seeing those suggestions work and help the employee.
• How long have you been a supervisor at ESC? About 6 years.
• What do you think makes a great supervisor? Treating others as they would like to be treated, integrity, leading by example, listen & communicate, and to give credit where it is due.
• Describe your team in 3 words. Dedicated, understanding, and compassionate.
• Tell us a fun fact about you? I enjoy the outdoors.
