As a licensed Home Community and Support Services agency in the state of Texas, En Su Casa Caregivers has been caring for seniors and persons with disabilities for over 20 years. Our team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers can help you or your loved one continue living independently with quality care and peace of mind. Our individualized services include helping our clients with activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, transfer and walking assistance, meal preparation and more.
We understand that many questions can arise when selecting the right home care agency, and we’re here to help. Whether you are looking for a few extra hours of support or full-time in-home care, our trained and qualified caregivers can help ensure you or your loved one remain comfortably within your own home.

En Su Casa offers free Personal Assistance Services to those who qualify for Medicaid. When authorized, En Su Casa also provides Respite Care services to allow the client’s primary caregiver to rest while our services are being provided.
If you are interested in learning more about your eligibility for our Medicaid Services, we can help. If you’re not eligible for Medicaid, we can also assist you with learning how to apply for benefits. If you’re already a current Medicaid recipient, please note that continuous enrollment for Medicaid ended on March 31, 2023. It’s important for you to respond to any renewals or information requests from the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) to maintain your coverage. Please contact us if you need help completing your renewal package.
