Our individualized services include helping our clients with activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, transfer and walking assistance, meal preparation and more.

En Su Casa offers free Personal Assistance Services to those who qualify for Medicaid. When authorized, En Su Casa also provides Respite Care services to allow the client’s primary caregiver to rest while our services are being provided.

If you’re already a current Medicaid recipient, please note that continuous enrollment for Medicaid ended on March 31, 2023. It’s important for you to respond to any renewals or information requests from the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) to maintain your coverage.
